Anthony Adelaja

Anthony is responsible for Business Development within NIG and is currently the CEO of Sustainable Homes Ltd. in Nigeria. His background is solidly set in the field of public housing as a senior practitioner. In 2000, Anthony was appointed as the Pioneering Housing Reviews Manager for Camden Council after he spear headed the revolutionary concept of piloting the Choice based Lettings scheme and the Kirklees Project which eventually led to the nationwide LAWN scheme in 2000.

Anthony is also an ardent Project Manager who has delivered many public service projects which formed the framework of the future of public housing in the UK. As a public speaker/housing law trainer, he was a guest speaker and part of a distinguished panel of three top housing law and local authority practitioners in the UK at the National Homelessness Law & Best Practice conference in 2013.

He is also the CEO and Principal Consultant of Sage Venture Consultants, a company that provides an independent housing review, housing law training and best practices auditing services for local housing authorities, as well as public, and voluntary service providers throughout the United Kingdom. He has a BSc in Biochemistry and a Professional Diploma in Computer Programming.
